Overview & Highlights

Nestled in the lively heart of Miami’s Brickell district, Thyme Machine is a Lebanese food truck that delights the senses with authentic Middle Eastern flavors, served with a side of warm hospitality. Located at 1500 SW 1st Ave, right in front of the Novohotel and under the metro mover by the park, this cozy spot perfectly blends the bustling city’s energy with the comforting aromas of Lebanon.

Thyme Machine’s menu is a carefully curated journey through vibrant Lebanese cuisine, dotted with delightful surprises that speak to Miami’s cosmopolitan spirit. One cannot miss their iconic Madeleines—these delicate cookies evoke a small French sunrise, kissed with thyme, honey, and a hint of lemon zest. Biting into one feels like catching a sweet, sun-soaked moment suspended in time, soft on the inside and golden outside. For a decadent treat, the Nutella Spread served on warm pita with optional fresh fruits offers an irresistible sweet-and-savory harmony. And no Lebanese experience is complete without sampling their Baklava, where paper-thin layers of flaky dough provide a buttery crunch surrounding the rich, nutty filling.

For those craving something more substantial, Thyme Machine offers an inventive twist with their pizzas. The Hawaiian Pizza masterfully marries sweet pineapple with smoky ham and melted mozzarella on a signature crispy crust, balanced by a tangy tomato sauce—a tropical-savored comfort food perfect for a casual, flavorful meal. The Four Cheese Pizza is a lavish layering of mozzarella and creamy Mediterranean cheeses, elevated by a sprinkle of za’atar that adds a delightful, herbal zest to every bite.

Complementing the robust flavors, the drink selection features traditional Lebanese beverages such as Bonjus juice, famous for its iconic “Pyramid” packaging, the soothing and aromatic Rose Water Tea, and refreshing Yogurt Ayran. Those seeking a simple, revitalizing refreshment can also enjoy Perrier mineral water or classic teas, all enhancing the dining experience with authentic touches.

The atmosphere around Thyme Machine is just as enticing as its menu. Customers repeatedly praise the vibrant, lively setting—from casual outdoor seating perfect for people-watching and enjoying the nearby park, to a cozy backyard area that invites guests to linger over their meals. The vibe is distinctly Miami: a blend of urban energy, multicultural charm, and casual comfort. Friendly staff like Mohamed bring a personal touch, making every visit feel welcoming and memorable.

Customer testimonials echo the heartfelt love and attention baked into every dish. Jose Garcia raves about “absolutely stellar” food prepared with evident care, while Reem highlights the “joyful experience” and “authentic” taste even during a late-night visit. Bilal Nasir recommends the veggie Manouche wraps as the best in Brickell, and praises the halal offerings and reasonable prices. The generosity of the team shines through as well: Mohammed appreciated the complimentary baklava and drink when his order was delayed—a small gesture that speaks volumes about the brand’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

In essence, Thyme Machine is more than a food truck—it's a culinary time capsule transporting you from Miami’s streets to the sunlit terraces of Beirut and the quaint patisseries of Paris. Whether you’re a local or just passing through Brickell, the aromatic spices, fresh ingredients, and heartfelt service here invite you to savor a moment of genuine joy and cultural richness in every bite.
